The full sparring set is required for competitions.

Please note the mouth guards should be moulded in boiling water for no longer than 30 seconds and placed directly onto the upper teeth, with the teeth going within the walls of the mouthguard. If you leave the mouth guard in boiling water for too long it will damage the product and be ineffective.
