Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Azura Sports, we want you to love your gear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


Returns Eligibility

You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging

  • Include your order number or proof of purchase

  • Items must not be personalized or made-to-order (unless faulty)


🔄 Exchanges

Need a different size or product? No problem! We offer free exchanges on UK orders. Contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to swap, and we’ll guide you through the process.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

We can’t accept returns on:

  • Safety gear that has been opened (e.g. mouthguards)

  • Customised or embroidered items

  • Items returned in an unsellable condition


🛠️ Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item is damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Please provide:

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the fault

  • Your order number

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund ASAP.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via your original payment method. We’ll email you when it’s been completed.


📦 How to Return

Email our team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond with the return address and next steps.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is faulty or incorrect).
